I have been practicing medicine for over 16 years, trained and certified as a family physician in the UK before bringing that experience to Windsor. I care for patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors — right here in Windsor. I believe good healthcare is about more than just one visit. My goal is to know you and your health over time. Whether you are bringing your baby in for their first check-up or vaccinations, dealing with a sudden illness, managing a long-term condition, or simply due for your yearly physical or health screening, you will always get care that is personal, careful, and unhurried. A yearly check-up is one of the best things you can do for your health. I do a full head-to-toe exam, order blood tests, and give health tips based on your age, lifestyle, and risk factors. Catching problems early makes a big difference.

When you need to see a specialist, I take care of the referral for you. I work with many specialists in Windsor and make sure they have all the health details they need. You will not have to figure out the system on your own.

Yes — I'm accepting new patients of all ages across Windsor and Essex County, often within the same week. To register, tap New Patient in the booking section above: it registers you and books your first visit through Ocean. Prefer to talk to someone? Call (519) 800-8333. You don't need a referral to join a family practice.
The most important thing is your valid OHIP card. If you've just applied and don't have the card yet, bring your temporary Ontario health registration certificate. It also helps to bring:
• A list of your current medications (or the bottles/blister packs)
• Brief notes on your past medical history, surgeries, and any specialists you see
• For children, their immunization (“yellow”) card
Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to complete the intake forms so we can spend the visit on your health.
You're very welcome here — caring for newcomers and refugees is a focus of this practice. I accept OHIP, Medavie Blue Cross, and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). Doctor visits are fully covered under the IFHP for eligible refugees, claimants and protected persons, with no co-payment — just bring your IFHP certificate or refugee document to each visit. If your OHIP application is still being processed, come in and we'll help you get connected to care.
Walk-ins are welcome, and booking ahead usually means a shorter wait and a time that suits you. Existing patients can book a follow-up, renewal or routine visit using the Existing Patient option above; new patients should start with New Patient. For anything urgent or life-threatening, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
No. You don't need a referral to register with or see a family doctor. A family physician is usually your first point of contact for most health concerns — and the one who arranges referrals to specialists when they're needed.
Yes — this is a family practice caring for all ages, from newborns and children to teens, adults and seniors, so you can register the whole family. That includes well-baby and childhood checkups, immunizations, women's and seniors' health, chronic condition management, and preventive screening.
Please note that each person attending needs their own appointment booked, even when you come in together as a family — that way everyone gets their own dedicated time with me.
